Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. You may contact our office during business hours, or submit an online Appointment Request to schedule your appointment.

We strive to see our patients as close to their appointment time as possible and know that the patient’s time is as valuable as ours. Emergencies do arise and alter our schedule. In that case, we will contact you and alert you to the change.

Cancellations

Our goal is to provide the best possible care to all of our patients. When we schedule your appointment, a block of time in the schedule has been reserved for you, to allow adequate time to provide treatment and address any concerns you may have. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice, so that we may serve other patients at that time.

Financial & Payment Policies

Full payment or accurate insurance information is due at time of service. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards

Our staff is available to help with questions concerning billing and statements.  Please contact us with any questions.

Services of Lite Recovery are available to all persons as long as they accept responsibility for payment.
